He was born in Brooklyn, New York, a third generation artist in a family that included his grandfather, Felix Xiver Fisher and his father, Hugo Antoine Fisher. He was born in Brooklyn, New York, a third generation artist in a family that included his grandfather, Felix Xiver Fisher and his father, Hugo Antoine Fisher.
