Nalenik Temela (1939 – 2003). A prominent Canadian Inuit* sculptor and carver, Nalenik Temela (disc number* E7-71) was born on Baffin Island. He lived in remote camps until the late 1970s when he moved to Kimmirut (aka: Lake Harbour), Nunavut, in southern Baffin Island, where he appears to have lived until his death.
