Pierre Lesieur, born May 21, 1922, in Paris, and died September 28, 2011 (at 89 years) was a French painter. His father died in 1930, and Pierre Lesieur grew up in the middle of the big business bourgeoisie. From childhood, at age twelve, he drew and painted each week with his maternal grandmother, as well as during his holidays in Beg-Meil, Brittany. From childhood, at age twelve, he drew and painted each week with his maternal grandmother, as well as during his holidays in Beg-Meil, Brittany.
