He also painted portraits, did commercial art, sculpture and often worked with crayon. Between 1880 and 1881, he was a student of Gibraltar-born Andres Molinary (1847-1915), who was a teacher and painter in New Orleans from 1872 until his death.... Read full biography

Between 1880 and 1881, he was a student of Gibraltar-born Andres Molinary (1847-1915), who was a teacher and painter in New Orleans from 1872 until his death. Norieri established his studio in 1884. Although he exhibited at the National Academy of Design and regularly with the Artists' Association of New Orleans, he had little attention paid to his talents during his lifetime.
