I accidentally found him in April 1990 while I was tracking down my birth certificate because I was thinking of retiring from the Navy. I found my uncle Billy White in Pine Hill, N.J. Billy White contacted my father and he called me that day. We agreed to meet a few weeks later in Quaker Town, PA. I told my 3 sisters ( Dottie, Lorie, Nancy) and we all drove to Quaker Town to meet him. I only knew him for 3 years; he passed in 1993.
