Istvan Zador entered the Pattern Drawing School after years spent working in a bank; this was followed by the Paris Academy in 1906, and the Florence Academy in 1909. He first worked in the Szolnok artist colony in 1908 as a scholarship student and became a guest member in 1914. He was a war correspondent during the First World War, and produced reportage drawings for newspapers in 1918 and 1919. After the collapse of the Hungarian Soviet Republic he lived in Weimar and Munich. He went to work... Read full biography
