In the interwar period, he worked in Lviv as a drawing teacher in secondary schools and was a member of the Czartak group. In 1937, he sat on the audit committee of the Society of Friends of Fine Arts in Lviv. Winiecki participated in many exhibitions from 1925 to 1938. He specialized in copperplate graphics on landscape and architecture and created watercolors depicting the folk culture of Polish highlanders. After the war, he moved to Krakow, where he continued his artistic work until his death in 1953.
