During the early part of his career his oils and watercolors were representational but but later became more abstract. Most of his subject matter was taken from Alameda County. After 1940 Faivre lived in Oakland, CA at 1631 Rosedale Avenue. His storage shed with most of his paintings was burglarized shortly... Read full biography
