Born in Spooner, MN on May 1, 1910. Noble settled in Redlands, CA in 1919. He studied briefly at the Chouinard Art School and then went to work at Disney Studios in 1935. Following service in WWII, he worked for Warner Bros, MGM, and other movie studios. He then had his own movie animation company for many years.
