Maurice Lefebvre (Schaarbeek 1873 - Brussels, 1954) was a Belgian Realist painter of landscapes, figures and portraits. He was also both a decorator and a poet. He received his artistic education at the Academy of Brussels under the tutelage of H. Van der Hecht and Jean Portaels. Lefebvre became a professor at the Academy of Sint-Gillis in 1906.
