At first, Otte Sköld lived in a bohemically furnished studio at Allégade by Frederiksberg Have, close to the popular Drachmann inn. His closest neighbors were artist colleagues and cultural personalities - Bertil Bull Hedlund, Hugo Gehlin, Siri Rathsman and Ulla Bjarne. Sköld was constantly in need of money and received help from his brother Hannes who lived in Sweden.... Read full biography
