Native American potter Richard Ebelacker is known for his traditional red and black Santa Clara Pueblo pottery. In 1992 he won Best of Classification at the Southwestern Association for Indian Arts. The Museum of New Mexico has a large red carved wedding vase by the artist on permanent exhibit.
