Thelma Frazier was a sculptor, painter, and enameller, who worked early in her career at Cowan Pottery and collaborated with her husband Edward Winter on many art projects. Although she was probably associated with them earlier, Thelma officially joined Cowan Pottery Company in 1929 upon her graduation from the Cleveland School of Art.
