Watercolorist. Born in London, England in 1842. Paris was a resident of Colorado Springs, CO before visiting the Monterey Peninsula during 1875-76. While there, he shared a studio with his good friend Jules Tavernier. He was an architect with the British government in India during 1886-90 and was again in Colorado in 1891.
