He married Cicely Jones ( b.1870) in 1892 who was also an artist and music teacher in Birkenhead. They had 3 children and then moved to Anglesey, Wales in late 1898 and subsequently to the Conway Valley. He became a fellow of the Royal Cambrian... Read full biography

He married Cicely Jones ( b.1870) in 1892 who was also an artist and music teacher in Birkenhead. They had 3 children and then moved to Anglesey, Wales in late 1898 and subsequently to the Conway Valley. He became a fellow of the Royal Cambrian Academy in 1907 but was forced to resign in 1918 for refusal to sell his paintings through the Academy. They had six children in all, two of which became well-know as artists: Nesta (Mrs. Vincent Jones) and Geoffrey Warren Williams. Cicely died on... Read full biography
