He exhibited at the Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolour in London as well as holding one man exhibitions throughout England and abroad. After early experiments in painting subjects and styles, including a brief hommage to the ‘double landscape’ works of Ivon Hitchins, he went on to concentrate on Equestrian subjects in an impressionistic style for which he later enjoyed much acclaim.
