After studying sociology at the University of Lausanne and training at the École supérieur d'art visuel in Geneva, Dana first taught mathematics and later devoted himself entirely to sculpture, which he has since 1987 in his own, provided by the City of Lausanne in the orangery of the park Mon Repos.
