Geoffrey Jenkinson was taught by Frederick Cecil Jones at the Keighley Art College, both artists have a graphic quality to their work, capturing the character of many of the old West Riding of Yorkshire Mill Towns & Coalfield towns, their early work is very precisely drawn with great accuracy to detail.
