Hans Kastler was an Austrian sculptor. He studied from 1946 to 1949 at the Federal Technical School in Hallein with Hans Baier and from 1951 to 1954 with Fritz Behn. From 1955 he worked as a freelance sculptor. His exhibitions took place all over the world, in Munich every year in the Haus der Kunst. He has received numerous honors, including the Federal Cross of Merit with Ribbon in 2004.
