Patricia Volk was born in Belfast and has been creating distinctive, prize winning ceramic sculpture for over twenty years in a style uniquely her own. Her juxtaposition of pure shape and color portray contradiction of power and fragility, stability and precariousness, meant to reflect the relationships between beings. She is an associate member of the Royal Society of British Sculptors and has exhibited both nationally and internationally.
