Rodney Gladwell exhibited with many of the leading artists of his day, Moore, Auerbach, Sutherland etc., and he was supported by one of the great gallery owners, Lucy Wertheim after starting with the Piccadilly Gallery. He was also one of the British pioneers of the Pop Art movement. Sadly he died of cancer at the relatively early age of 51 since when he has been forgotten.
