Jack B. Morrocco is the nephew of the celebrated artist Alberto Morrocco and studied at the Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art, where his uncle was a tutor alongside Jack Knox, David McClure and Dennis Buchan. After completing his diverse and essentially traditional art training Jack went on to lecture part time at Dundee, whilst continuing to paint, making regular contributions to the annual RSA and RSW, he also ran a successful Design Consultancy for 12 years. Jack B. Morrocco is the nephew of the celebrated artist Alberto Morrocco and studied at the Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art, where his uncle was a tutor alongside Jack Knox, David McClure and Dennis Buchan. After completing his diverse and essentially traditional art training Jack went on to lecture part time at Dundee, whilst continuing to paint, making regular contributions to the annual RSA and RSW, he also ran a successful Design Consultancy for 12 years. His mother Rozelle encouraged a return to full time painting by inviting him to share her shows with her, which quickly led to solo shows at the galleries including the Edinburgh Gallery and Aberdeen Gallery. Jack B. Morrocco is the nephew of the celebrated artist Alberto Morrocco and studied at the Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art, where his uncle was a tutor alongside Jack Knox, David McClure and Dennis Buchan. After completing his diverse and essentially traditional art training Jack went on to lecture part time at Dundee, whilst continuing to paint, making regular contributions to the annual RSA and RSW, he also ran a successful Design Consultancy for 12 years. Jack Morrocco is now a highly successful contemporary artist who works in a variety of styles and genres including vibrant still lifes, landscapes and nude paintings.
