Pierre Faget-Germain, an Algerian/French artist, is best known for his views of Paris, flowers and landscape paintings. He was born in 1903 and travelled extensively in France, Holland and Italy. It would appear that he preferred to exhibit his paintings in the smaller provincial galleries. Faget-Germain was very much influenced by the French Impressionist painters and his brush technique owed much to that school.
