In 1997 he created the mural for the Stadtsparkasse Dresden and installed 2000 facade installations at the New Saxon Art Association in Dresden. He received the Philip Morris Art Grant in 1991 and the France grant from the State of Saxony in 1993. Mansfield worked in the International Art Commune Straumar / Ireland and in Paris. In 1997 he created the mural for the Stadtsparkasse Dresden and installed 2000 facade installations at the New Saxon Art Association in Dresden. His works have been shown in exhibitions in Germany, Italy, France, Iceland and Switzerland and are partly owned by the Staatliche Kunstsammlungen Dresden, the Deutsche Bücherei Leipzig or the Brandenburgische Kunstsammlungen Cottbus.
