Thaddeus Strode was born in Santa Monica, CA in 1964. Strode studied at Parsons Art Institute and earned his BFA at California Institute of the Arts. He has exhibited widely in Europe as well as in southern California. In 2008 an exhibition of two dozen of his large-scale works was held at the Kemper Art Museum at Washington University in St Louis. He currently maintains a studio-home in Los Angeles.
