She studied art with Northwest Masters Kenneth Callahan and Jacob Elshin, also spending two years at the University of Washington. She was represented by two Seattle Art Galleries - Gordon Woodside and Foster/White fine art galleries. She died in her home on Bainbridge Island on August 14, 2007.
