This technique enabled him to provide affordable, quality art. This is a very rare watercolor by Walter Anderson that depicts a small barrier island with vesting pelicans and two sea turtles at the very bottom of the composition. The sea turtles may be nesting on this small island as well but that is hard to decipher.
