Large-format early work by the important, Italian, figurative sculptor, painter and draftsman from 1970. Vangi took up the group of figures of the disparate couple in the years 1971-1977 in his well-known series "Gostino con la Tecla" with sculptures and sculptures. Vangi studied at the Academy in Florence and took part in many national and international exhibitions since 1967, including a. 1977 at the "documenta 6" in Kassel. He created many of his sculptures for public spaces and buildings in Italy and Germany. In 1998 he received the Feltrinelli Prize for Sculpture.
