    Oskar Koller (1925 Erlangen - 2004 Fürth)
    The German painter and graphic artist Oskar Koller studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Nürnberg, where he was a master pupil of Hermann Wilhelms. In 1957, he was enabled to go on a study trip to Paris by the DAAD sponsorship program. He has been awarded a number of prizes, for example the Friedrich-Baur-Prize of the Bavarian Academy of the Fine Arts. His works are in the possession of national and international museum collections. The Oskar-Koller-Museum is located in Kallmünz. The estate of his total work is managed by the Art Museum Erlangen.
