Ron Hedrick a romantic impressionist painter, was born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada in 1942 and has always lived in British Columbia. He didn't take a serious interest in art until he was in his thirties. While living in a lakeside cabin at Paul lake, near Kamloops, the beauty of the area inspired him to such a degree that he realized that this was his calling and he devoted himself to making painting his vocation.
