His work is in numerous permanent collections including the Museum of Modern Art and the National Gallery of Art. In addition to the Sheepshead Bay project, he also worked as a team member on the design of the plaza for the World Financial Center at Battery Park City. Burton died in 1989. Artist Statement:.
