At the same time, he began his artistic studies at the Krakow University with Florian Cynek, Leopold Löffler and Wladyslaw Luszczkiewicz, and classical philology at the Jagiellonian University. After their completion, in 1886 he left for study in Munich, where he continued his education until 1989 with Alexander (Sandro) Wagner. He probably met Aleksander Gierymski there, under whose artistic influence he remained for the rest of his life. Together they went on a journey to Tyrol and northern Italy. He... Read full biography
