In 1888 he left for Munich to gather more experience at the Munich Academy. After many trips to Italy and Paris, Fabijanski settled in Cracow. He painted mainly Cracow landscapes, portraits and religious as well as historical scenes. He worked as an illustrator and sculptor too. In 1880 he began studying sculpture with L. Marconi in Lviv.
