During World War II, he spent time in the army and was posted to Italy and Tunisia where he worked with Bailey Bridges and also did a lot of sketching and water colours. During World War II, he spent time in the army and was posted to Italy and Tunisia where he worked with Bailey Bridges and also did a lot of sketching and water colours. In 1950 he moved to Ireland with his family and lived in Delgany County, Wicklow. He worked as an architect for a couple of years then gave it up deciding to paint full time. From 1964 to 1969 Le Jeune had a studio in New York City where he worked part of the year and traveled back and forth between there and Dublin, Ireland where he also now liv... Read full biography
